This program is a collaboration of the Clermont County Mental Health & Recovery Board, which is the Alcohol, Drug Addiction and Mental Health Services (ADAMHS) Board, Clermont Counseling Center, Clermont Recovery Center, Municipal Court and Common Pleas Court Adult Probation and The Health Foundation of Greater Cincinnati. A mental health case manager and specialized probation officer, originally funded by ODMH and The Health Foundation of Greater Cincinnati, provide a team approach to serve persons with both a mental health and substance abuse diagnosis. The program receives referrals from both Common Pleas and Municipal Courts, and provides jail screening for pre-trial referrals, advice to courts, and post-sentence supervision. The position originally funded by the Health Foundation has transitioned to funding by the county commissioners and the Board. This program received a "Best Practice" award from the National Association of Counties (NACO).
