Forelimb and hind limb bud present
Gut herniated
This embryo has a laceration on the right side anterior to hind limb
Treatment:
Paraffin Histology.
Embedded dorsal side down. Cut at 6 microns section thickness, body sectioned coronally.
Total series is 360 slides. Block readjusted after slide 92, 95, and 98.
All slides ending in 3,5,8,and 0 were stained with Alcian blue, Hematoxylin, and Eosin.
Slide 83 was overlooked during the staining process and was stained with Alcian Blue and Eosin applied at the same time.
Remainder of slides is used for research using immunohistochemical methods.
Some slides remain unstained.
The images were scanned in at 2x objective and 10x ocular.
