Pigmented iris, nasal aperture asymmetrical.
Digital rays in forelimb, hind limb bud absent.
Left side of embryo flattened due to storage.
Treatment:
Paraffin Histology.
Embedded dorsal side down. Cut at 6 micron section thickness, body sectioned coronally. Total series is 670 slides. Embryo was re-embedded after slide 35.
The images were scanned in at 2x objective and 10x ocular.
