The Northeastern Ohio Cooperative Regional Library Depository is located on the campus of the Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine in Rootstown, Ohio.
Upon arriving at the NEOUCOM campus, visitors to the Depository are to follow the main campus road to the rear of the NEOUCOM complex. The state of the art storage facility will be in plain view.
