Addressing Problems Opening Attachments in NEOUCOM D.O.C.S.
In Internet Explorer click on:
1.) Tools 1.) In Internet Explorer click
on "Tools" Once this is complete you will be able to open attachments once again. 1.) In Netscape, click
on 'Edit' and then trace down to 'Preferences.'
2.) Internet
options
3.) The
security tab
4.) Custom
Level
5.) Scroll
down about 1/3 of the way until you see what is shown in the picture and
click on [Enable] for “Automatic prompting for file downloads”
Clearing the Cache
2.) Trace down to "Internet Options"
3.) Click on the button in the middle of the screen to [Delete Files] (this
clears the cache)
4.) In the pop-up box click the 'clear all offline content' and click the [OK]
button.
5.) This may take up to several minutes depending on how many files
you have.
2.) Under the 'Advanced' tab listing there will be a
item called Cache.
3.) Click on this and then click on the 'Clear disk
cache' button.
