3rd Annual Delta Omega Public Health Lecture Series

On November 17, 2007, Joyce M. Cuff, PhD, Professor of Biology and Paul M. Rike Professor of Life Sciences at Thiel College, talked about "Access to Clean Water--A Global Issue" at Youngstown State University in Cushwa Room #3071 from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. For more details, click here. 

Summary of activities and events for 2005-2006

• Speaker for MPH classes, Jen Keagy (CEOMPH alum) spoke about her experience at CDC. Program given during lunch break between interactive videoconferencing classes on November 5, 2005.
• Chapter President Angela DeJulius and advisors Amy Lee and Matt Adeyanju attended the Delta Omega national meeting at APHA in Philadelphia in December, 2005.
• Sponsored research competition in March, 2006 with the winners submitted to Delta Omega’s national competition.  One submission (Ron Graham) was selected for presentation at APHA meeting in November, 2006.
• Performed the chapter’s first full set of inductions (student, faculty, alumni and honorary) at CEOMPH Spring Celebration in May, 2006.
