RE:                 New Project Request Form – Please Review

The Office of the General Counsel is committed to providing high quality legal, compliance and contract services to members of the NEOUCOM community in an efficient manner. 

As part of this commitment, the Office of the General Counsel has developed a Project Request Form, which needs to be completed each time a service request is submitted to the Office of the General Counsel.  This Project Request Form will assist members of the NEOUCOM community in defining the scope of services requested from the Office of the General Counsel as well as provide a means for the Office of the General Counsel to track and effectively respond to service requests in an appropriate timeframe.

Please be advised that service requests submitted without a completed Project Request Form will be returned with a request to complete a Project Request Form. 

All properly submitted service requests shall receive timely attention – a member of the Office of the General Counsel will contact you promptly to discuss specific project details and target completion dates.  Please allow a minimum of seven (7) business days from the Office of the General Counsel’s receipt of a Project Request Form to project completion.
