- Cash Gifts - The most direct way to participate in the work of the NEOUCOM Foundation.
- Appreciated Property - Your gifts of securities and real property may provide important tax advantages. Their full fair market value is deductible as a charitable contribution, with certain limitations.
- Bequests - Your gift to the NEOUCOM Foundation can be made through your Last Will and Testament as an outright, residuary, contingency or restricted bequest.
- Charitable Gift Annuities - This option allows you to transfer a gift of cash, marketable securities, or real estate, in exchange for fixed income paid during the lifetime of one or two family members.
- Charitable Trusts - The NEOUCOM Foundation can be named as the ultimate beneficiary of a charitable remainder trust or the income beneficiary of a charitable lead trust. Both are highly effective estate planning tools that can benefit you and your family now or later.
- Life Insurance - The NEOUCOM Foundation can be named as the beneficiary of a new or existing life insurance policy. If the NEOCOM Foundation is also named as the owner of the policy, all of your premium payments are charitable deductions.
- Retirement Plans - Significant tax benefits can be gained by naming the NEOUCOM Foundation as residual beneficiary of your retirement plan assets. This option allows you to defer a gift to the end of your lifetime, reduce the size of your estate and meet your charitable objectives. The NEOUCOM Foundation offers numerous naming opportunities for endowed scholarships, campus facilities, academic positions including endowed chairs and academic programs. For more information about any of these vehicles for giving and joining the Stanley and Lorraine Olson Heritage Society, the NEOUCOM Foundation's planned giving society, please call Lindsey Loftus, Vice President for Institutional Advancement, NEOUCOM, and executive director of the NEOUCOM Foundation, at 330-325-6674.
