To conduct a survey or post an electronic form there are three alternative options. 

One option is through the built-in survey tool in AIMS.  If you are conducting a survey of the students and/or faculty within an AIMS course this is your best option. 

For electronic forms or surveys conducted via the web there are two different alternatives.  One is a basic electronic form which formats the contents of the survey submissions and submits them in either a formatted email, or a flat file on the server which can be imported into Excel. These forms can also be customized to allow for attaching documents and delivery via email.  This is a simple option and most preferrable if you do not need to conduct analysis or export results to SPSS for in depth statistical anaylsis.  

For surveys where you would like to conduct statistical analysis or need charting of your results a survey created with the software application Perseus is your best choice. You may click on the Perseus link above to access a manual.
