Multimedia rooms are available for your meetings and presentations.

Each room contains the following equipment:

• Computer with monitor, Microsoft Office Suite, internet connection, a floppy, DVD and CD drives.
• VHS and DVD player.
• Wall mounted stereo speakers for computer, DVD, VHS audio.
• A ceiling mounted LCD projector and screen.
• Connection for laptop computers. 
• Remote controls for PowerPoint, DVD, VHS and LCD projector.

If assistance is needed concerning multimedia room operation, send a request to media@neoucom.edu.  Please send all media requests 2-5 days ahead of scheduled presentation date.

Important: The LCD projector, as well as all other equipment must be powered down after use.

Audiovisual Support Line: For immediate audiovisual and PC assistance during a lecture of meeting, push the red support button located on all lecture hall and meeting room phones.  Live support personnel will handle all calls during normal business hours 8am-5pm.
