It is the mission of Campus Operations to provide and maintain a safe campus environment, which promotes the learning of future healthcare professionals, meets the challenges of the future, and best supports the mission and vision of the Northeastern Ohio Universities Colleges of Medicine and Pharmacy.

Services provided by Campus Operations include HVAC, building and equipment maintenance, remodeling, locksmithing, grounds maintenance, recycling, room set-ups, courier and mail services, shipping and receiving, and capital project administration.

MAKING A WORK REQUEST
 
To make a routine building maintenance request (typically phone-in requests such as bulb replacements, custodial service requests, temperature adjustments, recycling requests, etc.) and non-routine billable requests (room set-ups, minor construction, painting, lock changes, and other special requests) please use the CAMPUS OPERATIONS WORK ORDER REQUEST FORM.
 
In the event of an emergency maintenance request, please disregard the form and contact the Office of Campus Operations at ext. 6193.  If you are unable to reach someone, please contact Security at ext. 6489.
