FACULTY IMPROVEMENT LEAVE
Full-time, tenure-track faculty paid directly by NEOUCOM with at least seven academic years of teaching service at NEOUCOM may be granted professional leave to enhance professional growth to engage in further education, research or other activity approved by the Board of Trustees.  Faculty who have been granted professional leave will be required to render at least one year of academic service at NEOUCOM upon return from leave.

Within six months after returning from leave, the faculty member must submit to the Department Chair, respective Dean and President a report describing the accomplishments resulting from the professional leave.  For complete details and procedure for application, please read the Faculty Improvement Leave Policy.
