IMPACT

IMPACT is the Employee Assistance and Work/Life Program.  The confidential services are for all employees, all household members (dependents and non-dependents), dependents away from home, and parents and parent-in-laws.  Services include 24/7 live communication with a qualified mental health professional, up to 3 pre-paid counseling sessions per person per problem occurrence, financial assistance, legal assistance, and Identity Theft Recovery Program.
