Goal:

The goal of the fellowship is to enhance the academic skills of new and mid-level faculty in teaching and the scholarship of teaching through a high quality, locally-offered program.

Objectives:

Upon completion of the 10 fellowship sessions, participants will gain skills and confidence to serve as academic leaders at NEOUCOM or home institution, role models for colleagues and learners, and faculty for future fellowship groups.
