Richard Kasmer, Pharm.D., J.D.

 

Dr. Richard Kasmer is an Associate Professor in the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences at NEOUCOM. Dr. Kasmer earned his Doctor of Pharmacy degree (Pharm.D.) from Creighton University in Omaha, NE in 1981, completed a post-doctorate residency training program in Ambulatory Care at the VA Medical Center in Kansas City, MO in 1982 and earned his Juris Doctor degree (J.D.) from Cleveland State University Marshall College of Law in Cleveland, OH in 1992.

He has 7 peer-reviewed research articles and 33 abstracts and presentations at regional and national meetings. Dr. Kasmer is a frequent invited lecturer on the topics of Pharmacy Law, Nursing Law and healthcare-related issues.
