Provide the following information:

  • Your name, e-mail address, and telephone number
  • The location of the computer from which you are working: home, work, a hospital, a library
  • The IP address from which you are attempting to connect. Go to http://www.ohiolink.edu/cgi-bin/whereami.pl .
    From that location you will be able to see 
    • the IP address from which you are attempting to connect
    • whether or not your IP is recognized by OhioLINK
    • what browser version you are using
  • The title you are trying to access
  • The route you are taking to get to the resource
    • Through NEOLINK (NEOUCOM's local library catalog)
    • Through OhioLINK
      • From the home page through a special index
      • From the OhioLINK member catalog
  • The error message you are seeing, if there is a message.

Without the above information, it will be nearly impossible to accurately diagnose your problem.  The Systems Librarian may need other information as your problem is investigated; the items listed about are essential.
