Borrowing from the Depository

While materials stored in the Depository have been designated by the libraries as "seldom used," they are still available to library patrons. The on-line catalogs located at the Cooperative libraries will inform patrons that items are located at the Depository. Patrons may then ask for items by submitting request forms to their library. Once the forms are received by the Depository, the items will be packaged and sent by courier to the requesting library for the patrons most of the time providing next day service. Patrons needing immediate service are welcome to visit the Depository and use materials on-site; public browsing of the book stacks is however prohibited.

Tour Information

We encourage library staff members to tour our facility. It helps the staff member to better understand what we do which in turn helps your patrons. Please contact Judy Scalf at 330-325-0943 to set up a convenient time for a tour.

Please Note: Before visiting the Northeastern Ohio Cooperative Regional Library Depository, please make certain that the material you are interested in is indeed located at the Depository. Bring with you as much information as possible as public browsing is restricted. Please contact your library for further information and assistance.
