Due to the small number of students assigned to each rotation, the summary results may be greatly influenced by one or two students. Please keep this in mind when reviewing the report.
We recognize that feedback for a single rotation has limitations; however, we believe that providing feedback on a rotation-by-rotation basis will enable you to watch for patterns that may develop over the year. Rotation-by-rotation reports may be most helpful in monitoring the educational experience when curricular changes have been introduced or confounding factors occur (i.e., student-related issues, student load, or changes in faculty or clinical setting, etc.).
