PHYSICIAN CAREER STORIES VIDEO LIBRARY

One of the key integrated themes of the Doctoring course is Physician Identity.  The goal of Physician Identity is to assist students in developing a clear picture of their goals, abilities, values and interests related to career choices and decision-making processes. The Physician Career Stories program is an integral part of this process and was designed to assist students in exploring a variety of different medical specialties.

The goals of the Physician Career Stories program are to assist students in:

  • gathering information about different medical specialties
  • gaining insight into the decision making process for specialty selection, residency selection and practice selection
  • understanding the factors others have used to make their career decisions.
