Because Northeastern Ohio Universities Colleges of Medicine and Pharmacy is a dynamic entity, policies or programs described on this site are subject to change. The provisions listed here do not constitute a contract between the student and the Institution.

The Institution shall not discriminate against any U.S. citizen or permanent resident on the basis of age, race, gender, religion, sexual orientation or national origin. The Institution shall also comply with all laws and regulations concerning persons with disabilities and veterans status.

As a dynamic entity, the Institution is continually evolving. The Student Handbook is not and cannot be a compendium of all rules and regulations of the Institution; rather, it is meant to serve only as a convenient assembly of some of the major rules and regula­­tions which affect students. Other rules and regula­tions affecting students can be found in various supplementary departmental publications or will be passed along at appropriate points in the curriculum.
