Becoming a healthcare professional is a goal that you have deliberately and diligently pursued.  There is no doubt that achieving your goal to be a doctor or pharmacist will be challenging yet satisfying, especially when it comes to your finances.

After reviewing the information below and attending the workshops listed, you should have a solid knowledge base about financial aid.  Most students will receive financial aid, primarily educational loans, while in professional school to be used for not only tuition and fees, but also living expenses.  In the future, you will learn how to develop a budget so that you can avoid unnecessary loan debt.  For now, you must first learn all about financial aid which includes educational loans.

If you are currently in repayment on your undergraduate or other educational loans, you may qualify for In-School Deferment. To avoid making repayments on these loans while enrolled now, complete the In-School Deferment form for either the Direct Loan Program or the FFELP Program (you will need to contact your loan servicer). If you are confused as to which form to complete - contact the Financial Aid Office at (330) 325-6481 or finaid@neoucom.edu.
