FIRST BACHELOR'S DEGREE:  Answer No if you have not received your BS degree, as of the date you complete the application.

DRUG CONVICTION:  Do not leave blank. Enter Yes or No.

Section Two

Yes, you will be working towards a master's or doctorate program.

If you wish to be considered for campus-based aid, IGNORE the instructions at the bottom of Section Two. You must provide parent information in the next Section to be considered for campus-based aid.

Section Three

Do not leave any fields blank. Enter 0 if no numeric amount for that line.

Carefully review the amounts listed on the Federal 1040 tax form and place the amounts on the FAFSA.  Once you submit the FAFSA and tax forms, this information will be verified for accuracy.

PARENTS' HOUSEHOLD:  Always include yourself in your parents' household size, even if you no longer live with them.

NUMBER IN COLLEGE:  Always include yourself in the number of college students in your parents' household. Do not include parents enrolled in college.
