Potential landlords submit housing information to the Office of Student Services.  The Housing Directory is then updated on an annual basis - each spring.  Submissions after the spring deadline will be included the next time the directory is published. 

Current Listings

The listing of rental units on the Housing Referral website is a service to the local rental property owners and Northeastern Ohio Universities Colleges of Medicine and Pharmacy students, faculty and staff. Rental Property owners are responsible for reporting information fairly and accurately, and the Institution cannot guarantee the completeness or accuracy of such information. Inclusion of any property or rental unit on this website does not constitute and shall not be construed or reported as (1) an endorsement or approval by the Institution of the landlord, it's properties, or it's business practices, or (2) a warranty or representation by Institution as to the quality, safety or other features of such property and/or it's owners or management agent(s). The Institution expressly disclaims any and all responsibility for any problems that may arise with regard to such property or rental units or with regard to disputes between landlords and tenants concerning such property or rental units. All prospective tenants are encouraged to exercise their own good judgment when evaluating a prospective rental unit or landlord.

Northeastern Ohio Universities Colleges of Medicine and Pharmacy reserves the right to eliminate any local rental property owner from the listing.

Short-Term Housing

The listing of housing available on a short-term basis has been compiled to assist third and fourth-year students who may need to rent on a month-by-month basis or a short-term lease.
